2024 AGM held Sunday 19 th January 2025. Minutes are available online and were emailed out to all 2025 members.
6. Business Arising
EA and the FEI are updating their helmet standards. There are some changes from 1 January 2026, and more on 1 January 2027. These may affect your
personal accident insurance claims. Please check that your current (and future) helmet meets the current EA standard.

Nominations for the 2026 committee can be made in writing by emailing the Secretary at wallangarraarc@gmail.com by 7pm on Friday 16 th January 2026.
As per the WARC constitution, if more than one written nomination is received for a position a vote will be held at the AGM. If only one written nomination is received for a position the nominee is automatically awarded the position. If no written nominations are received for a position, the meeting will ask for nominations from the floor at the AGM.
