2026 Rally Dates

Sunday, 6th September (RSVP by 30 Aug)

Sunday, 4th October (RSVP by 27 Sep) - Equithon

Sunday, 1st November (RSVP by 25 Oct)

Sunday, 6th December (RSVP by 29 Nov)

Rallies will start at 8am to avoid the hottest part of the day during summer (Jan-Mar).  Gates open at 6.45am.

Generally, from April to October, gates will open at 7.45am and classes commence at 9am.  Keep an eye on your emails or social media for any changes.

A week before

Rally RSVP's are to be emailed to wallyadultrsvp@gmail.com the Sunday prior to the rally date with a copy of your rally fee transfer receipt ($50 per rally).

Please let us know what level of flatwork (prep, prelim, novice, elementary) and/or jumping (poles, 45cm, 60cm, 70cm, 90cm) you would like to do and if you have any preferences (e.g., just one class, just jumping, paired with a friend, etc.) and our rally coordinator will do her best to accommodate everyone.

Please note that requests for coaches and time slots are not available. 

​

On the day​

Please arrive between 7 and 7.15am so you can either tack up or setup and be ready for the first lesson at 8am.

​

Rally classes will be posted in the club room on the morning of the rally.

​

Yards are on a first in basis. Please ensure your horse has water and any feed/hay.  There are water facilities and a wash down area for your horse.

​

In between your classes, please help yourselves to tea/coffee in the club.  Morning tea plates to share are welcomed.

​

We all have a part to play in helping rallies run smoothly on the day. 

​

• Those riding in the second class of the day are responsible for setting up.

• Those riding in the first class of the day are responsible for packing down.

• Please be on time for each of your classes.

​

We have access to the tractor now which makes moving poles very easy!

​

Guest Riders

We welcome guest riders at our rallies when space is available after member RSVPs have been confirmed.

• Cost: $70 (includes two lessons)

• Availability: Only if places remain after member RSVPs

• Online Risk Waiver: All guest riders must complete our online risk waiver before participating
