2024 Rally Dates

Sunday, 6th October (RSVP 29 Sep)

Sunday, 3rd November (RSVP 27 Oct)

Sunday, 24th November (RSVP 17 Nov) - in lieu of June rally

Sunday, 1st December (RSVP 24 Nov)

Rallies will start at 8am to avoid the hottest part of the day during summer (Jan-Mar).  Gates open at 6.45am. 

​

Generally from April, gates will open at 7.45am and classes commence at 9am.  Keep an eye on your emails or social media for any changes.

A week before

Rally RSVP's are to be emailed to wallyadultrsvp@gmail.com the Sunday prior to the rally date with a copy of your rally fee transfer receipt ($50 per rally).

Please let us know what level of flatwork (prep, prelim, novice, elementary) and/or jumping (poles, 45cm, 60cm, 70cm, 90cm) you would like to do and if you have any preferences (e.g., just one class, just jumping, paired with a friend, etc.) and our rally coordinator will do her best to accommodate everyone.

​

Please note that requests for coaches and time slots are not available. 

​

On the day​

Please arrive between 7 and 7.15am so you can either tack up or setup and be ready for the first lesson at 8am.

​

Rally classes will be posted in the club room on the morning of the rally.

​

Yards are on a first in basis. Please ensure your horse has water and any feed/hay.  There are water facilities and a wash down area for your horse.

​

In between your classes, please help yourselves to tea/coffee in the club.  Morning tea plates to share are welcomed.

​

We all have a part to play in helping rallies run smoothly on the day

​

  • Those riding in the second class of the day are responsible for setting up.

  • Those riding in the first class of the day are responsible for packing down.

  • Please be on time for each of your classes.

​

We have access to the tractor now which makes moving poles very easy!
